Programs

Requirements:
• Pass our level 2 Swim lesson test or feely swim the length of the pool
• Be at least 6 years old by May 28

Travel

• The meets are as close as Hilmar and as far Los Banos. Parents are responsible for
their children’s transportation
• We anticipate 4 – 6 meets to be held on Friday evenings or Saturdays in June and July.

Practices and Meets

• Swimmers will practice a minimum 3 days a week to a maximum of 4 days – practice is mandatory
• Meets will be on Fridays and Saturdays.
• All practices will be at the Livingston High School Pool
• Practices will last about hour and half (1 ½) .

Parent Involvement

• Getting your child to and from meets and practices
• You may be asked to volunteer at away meets, those duties do vary
• Helping with concessions, running times to judges, running the clock, etc.
• Your participation is essential to the team

Fundraisers

• You may be asked to participate in fundraisers. There are no fundraisers scheduled at this time.

Other Costs (not included in registration fee)

• Practice swim suit – One piece only
• Swim meet swim suit approx $40 - $65
• Swim cap (required at meets)(prices vary depending on the material from a couple to $15)
• Goggles – recommended (price varies depending on quality from a couple of dollars to $15 and up)
• Meet Fees TBA (usually only a couple of dollars per event they swim to cover awards)
• $25 no show fee for not showing up to a meet after you register.
