Programs

This fun and engaging course is for anyone who has always wanted to learn to play the guitar. Designed for absolute beginners, this class will cover all the foundational skills needed to start playing songs for fun. We'll start with the basics, including how to properly hold and tune your instrument, and progress to learning essential chords and strumming patterns. No prior musical experience is necessary—just bring your guitar and your enthusiasm.

Classes are held on Wednesdays at 5pm. Class will be held at 641 Main Street in the Recreation classroom next to the City Council Chambers. These classes are ongoing and consist of 4 classes per month for $42.50 per month.
